Le Bar du Crillon

Here you can practically choose from two different bars. The lounge adjacent to the restaurant is an ultra- comfortable space where you can sit back with a drink and wait for your table to open up (or simply observe the many familiar faces among the clientele!). A little further along, you'll find the real bar, intimate and warm with a fabulous counter and skilled bartender. Ask him to recommend one of his secret concoctions or opt for that Bloody Mary, margarita, Champagne Flip, or Tequila Sunrise you've been craving. The agile movements of Gilles Le Lann as he shakes the drink over his shoulder will wow you. You'll be even more impressed by the delectable lunches chef Dominique Bouchet serves up for his loyal followers: scallops with truffles, grilled salmon, steamed vegetables, and salads. He has no problem stepping out of the kitchen to ask the customers for their opinions and advice; he also doesn't mind throwing together special dishes according to their tastes and desires! How's that for courtesy?
