In 1937, Mogador triumph with the leading magazine from this time of which Mistinguett is the star, Ca c'est Parisian. In 1939, Henri Varna resumes the direction of the Theater, it there climb during more than thirty years of fastueuses operettas: The Saltimbanques, The Madam girl Angot, The Joyous Widow, imperial Violets, Dream of waltz, The Beautiful Hélène, Pink Marries, Veronica... Follows a period of ten years of eclectic programming: Mister Pompadour of Françoise Dorin, Hello Dolly with Annie Cordy, Fiesta of Francis Lopez, The country of the mouse, L'Opéra of quat'sous then Dominique Webb, Jacques Higelin and ...Clash. C'est on this spectacle that Mogador closes its harbors. It will not reopen them qu'en January 1983, after big renovation works, under the new direction of Fernand Lumbroso.
