Very much a dreamer, Clément turned his life into a romantic voyage…


He brought back a host of souvenirs and objects that he had hunted down, and in his restaurants he dreamed up worlds resembling life in the shape of a nest of Russian dolls: each place has its own soul, which itself contains several rooms and various atmospheres.

At the entrance, you marvel at the gleaming saucepans and the façades decorated in keeping with the seasons, magical compositions that brighten up the sidewalks of Paris: ocean savours, a profusion of spring flowers, baskets of cherries and a gardener's ladder, autumn pumpkins and their ghoulish spectre, Christmas all lit up… The old wheelbarrow filled with potatoes invites us to try the buttery "home- made" creamed potato.
