In one of the most luxury hotels in Paris, guests can enjoy a classical French food, changing with the seasons and enhanced with modern flavours.
Alain Ducasse brought in Patrick Jouin to oversee the interior design of his restaurant. The finished look is rather different from the old one but not dramatically so. It is “as if the decor added its own extensions overnight”.

Posted by Ibrahim, 15 February, 2008Know in paris as the restaurant that offers the best French cuisine, this is a favorite of locals just like me, I would often invite friends from other cities to Plaza anthenee so they can try it out and enjoy a good ‘ol meal just the way I enjoy it.
